Terms of Service
The ground rules for this website and our work together.
Last updated: June 2026
These terms govern your use of the OneSuite Dental website. The specific terms of any engagement — scope, fees, timelines and deliverables — are set out in the written proposal and agreement we sign with your practice. Where the two differ, the signed agreement controls.
Using this site
This website is provided for general information. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a guarantee of results, or professional advice. We may update content at any time.
You own what we build
This is the principle our business is built on. For paid engagements, once fees for the work are settled, the deliverables we create for your practice — your website, domain, ad accounts, tracking numbers and patient data — are owned by you. You can take them with you if you leave. We do not hold your business hostage.
What we don’t promise
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside anyone’s control. We bring real work and real expertise, but we do not guarantee a specific number of patients, rankings or revenue. Any estimates we share are good-faith projections, not promises.
Third-party services
Some deliverables rely on third-party platforms (for example, hosting, advertising and analytics providers). Those services carry their own terms, which apply to your use of them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, OneSuite Dental is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. This does not limit any rights set out in a signed engagement agreement.
